We thought that it would be a great idea to take a look back and reflect on 2021. It was a challenging, yet great year as we continued to grow.
The Signal Telecom team
To kick things off let’s take a look at what changes there has been within the Signal team, and what key milestones have been reached.
Alex was given a promotion and is now a Director of the company. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of the business, with a key focus on supporting the sales and marketing team.
In April we welcomed our new apprentice - Jack. He joined our technical support team and has proved a valuable member of the department. It’s great to see Jack effectively dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis. We look forward to Jack having a long & successful future with Signal Telecom.
Progression within the company was a key part of 2021, Shai was promoted to Team Leader of the Technical Support department. This is a testament to the hard work he has put in over the years, right from when he started back in 2015 as an apprentice from school!
Our Business Development Manager, Chris, celebrated his tenth year with Signal Telecom. Time really does fly! Chris has been a major part of the company’s growth, bringing in key clients for a decade. Congratulations Chris, here is to the next 10 years.

Charity
In 2021, we supported two charities close to our hearts. As you may have seen on November 21st we completed a challenging 21-mile trek, from Saltburn to Whitby, in aid of Butterwick Hospice. It was a tough day for everyone involved, and Mother Nature played her part to make the day difficult - gale force winds and heavy rain played a key part throughout the day.

Over the festive period we donated to The Junction Foundation's Christmas Toy Appeal, a charity local to us based in Redcar. They are a well-respected children and young people’s charity. They work across the Tees Valley, providing a range of holistic support services to meet the needs of children and young people aged 5 to 25 years.

Recruitment drive

Our key focus
