Where possible our customer service team have been on hand to ensure safe & local delivery of vital equipment, to keep key companies in the area running - Including SIM cards, mobile broadband devices and more!
Provide vital solutions to key sites
We have provided internet for over 30 workers at the North East NHS Nightingale Hospital. The solution needed to be supplied fast and needed to be reliable, this was achieved in just 48 hours.
Instant technical support
We have had many requests by our customers to use their telephone system at home. Our in-house technical support team have been on hand to offer free support and talk our customers through setting up the Office UC app. For those who don't have a cloud-based system we have added diverts, making sure no business calls are missed.

Flexible, short term contracts
Remote working is only temporary for many of our customers, so many short term & flexible contracts have been requested. This has been something we are very happy to offer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
