I have a cloud-based phone system, is there any way I can use this at home?
You can utilise the Office UC application which allows you to make and receive calls on your mobile, as if they were from your desk phone. You can also make internal calls as normal. It's very easy to set up, we can assist you just call us on 01642 713667.
Can I plug my office phone in at home if my phone system is cloud-based?

Would it be possible to have a short term mobile contract?
Of course, we want to help you in any way we can. We can offer cost-effective, short term contracts to get you and your employees remote working ready.
How can I access my business documents at home?
With Microsoft Office 365 you can access your documents in the cloud via OneDrive.
How can I collaborate with my colleagues if I'm not in the office?
SharePoint allows you to save your work in shared folders. Teams allows you to invite everyone you work with to chat, meet, call and collaborate! SharePoint and Teams are both available as part of the Microsoft Office 365 package.
I don't have a strong internet connection at home, what can I do?
Mobile broadband is a cost-effective, easy and hassle-free solution to enable super-fast internet on the go. Some mobile broadband routers allow up to 20 devices to connect, so you can rest assured you and your employees will be fully connected and able to work efficiently.
I may need extra data while remote working, what are my options?
You can add temporary ‘bolt-ons’ to your tariff, which will give you more data. Call our team and they can put the most appropriate one on for your needs.
I still have a traditional phone system, can we forward the calls to our home telephone number or mobile?
Yes, however there is a charge for the call diversion service and diverted call rates apply.
