Don't send media messages via text
Sending picture and video messages via regular text messages will incur charges. When sending media messages utilise apps such as: WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage or Teams.

Keep an eye on your usage & don't go over your allowance
You should keep checking your usage, which resets every month. This can be done by using an app or if you don't have access to an app, you can get in touch with us.
You can also receive a notification from the network when 80% of your monthly data allowance is used.

Apply spend caps
We can apply a spend cap to any number on your business mobile account. A £0 spend cap means a user will not incur any out of bundle spend.

Premium numbers
Calling or texting numbers beginning with 084, 087, 09 or 118 will incur charges. You can apply spend caps to block or limit these calls.

International roaming
Before visiting another country, please ensure you get in touch with our team. We can advise the best 'Bolt-Ons' before you leave, this will ensure you don't receive any excessive charges when using your phone internationally.
The O2 network is still 'Roam Like At Home' in the Europe Zone (this means you can use your domestic allowance in Europe). However, other major networks are now chargeable.
